SAMAB's 11th Annual Fall Conference was held November 14-16, 2000 at the Days Inn Glenstone Lodge, Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The theme was "Where the Rubber Meets the Road: The Interface Between Public Agencies and Communities." The goal of the 11th annual SAMAB Fall Conference was to identify and begin to clarify challenges, possible solutions, and needed actions that will better link communities and public agencies.
